Privacy policy

Last updated 23 October 2026.

This site is a simple information site. It has no contact form, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not ask you for personal information here, and the site does not collect it for us.

What this site does not do

  • It does not set cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
  • It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar tracking.
  • It does not load fonts, scripts or maps from other companies. Everything on a page comes from this site.
  • It does not collect your name, email address or phone number.

What our hosting provider records

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps basic technical logs when a page is requested, such as your IP address, the page you asked for and the type of browser you use. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify visitors. You can read how Cloudflare handles this in its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com.

Getting in touch with us or a practitioner

When you phone, WhatsApp or email us or one of the practitioners, you share your details directly with that person, outside this website. WhatsApp is run by Meta and email by your own email provider, and their privacy policies apply to those messages. Each practitioner works independently and is responsible for the personal information you give them, including any client notes.

Phone numbers on this site are hidden until you choose to show them. This is only to keep automated programs from collecting them.

Some pages link to other sites, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, practitioners’ own websites and Google Maps for directions. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Nothing is sent to them unless you click the link.

Information we publish about practitioners and clients

The practitioners’ names, photographs, contact details and descriptions of their work are published with their consent. The client stories on practitioner pages are published with the consent of the people who wrote them. If you appear on this site and want something changed or removed, contact us and we will do it promptly.

Your rights

Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Regulator if you are unhappy with how it is handled. Because this site does not collect personal information, this mostly applies to what we publish about practitioners and clients, as described above.

Contact

The person responsible for this site is Margaret Schwanzer, 4 Francis Road, Blairgowrie, Randburg, Johannesburg 2194. You can reach Margaret at by email or WhatsApp through our contact page.

Changes to this policy

If the site changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example by adding a contact form or analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top.
